The Letting Agent, Paul, will meet you at your property and discuss rental potential, rental yield and any improvements that may be required to ensure your property is let as quick as possible.

Property will then be placed on the Lettings market through our website and associated site Daft.ie.

Upon enquiries, Paul will evaluate/interview suitable clients and attend all viewings of the property.

This service also includes Lease Agreement, Transfer of Utilities and Registration to PRTB on Landlords behalf.
